Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The grievance redressal mechanism is spread across various tiers of management and is backed up by providing information to the clients in trainings like C.G.T and G.R.T and also in printed form in their Loan Pass Book. The policy followed by the organization for grievance redressal is as follows:-
  • Clients will be treated fairly and courteously.
  • Timely redressal of client’s complaints will be priority.
  • The employees would work efficiently and without prejudice to the interest of the clients
